We’re excited to share that the updated 2025 Laurus College Catalog will be available on April 30, 2025. This version includes important updates to better support your success and career-readiness.
 
Key Updates You Should Know:
 
  • An updated mission statement and 5-year goals to guide your academic experience
  • Clearer expectations for course engagement and participation
  • New policies for AI Usage
  • Revised and new Academic Policies
  • All course codes will change in August 2025 as we update our systems for improved tracking, flexibility, and clarity.

Update on Today's Earthquake and Campus Operations

Attention Students,

We hope this message finds you safe and well. Earlier today, an earthquake occurred in our region. We are relieved to inform you that, according to reports from campus staff, everyone is safe.

As of now, our Chula Vista campus will be open tonight for evening classes. We encourage all students to exercise caution when traveling and to stay informed through official channels for any updates.

For your safety, we recommend familiarizing yourself with earthquake preparedness resources. The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services offers valuable information on earthquake warnings and safety measures.
